D'Vinci Wheels Limited Warranty:
D'Vinci Wheels will honor limited warranty on repair or replacement, without any charges.
D'Vinci Wheels are warranted for 2 years against chrome peeling, cracking or other cosmetic defects, as long as proper maintenance is done. Wheel corrosion is not covered under the warranty.
No refunds or credit issued on warranty; wheel replacement only. This warranty is only valid through a D'Vinci Wheels authorized dealer who originally purchased the product. The wheels must
have an RGA# issued by D'Vinci Wheels prior to return, prepaid freight along with proof of purchase.
Returned merchansise is subject to a 25% restocking fee with not exceptions.
D'Vinci Wheels Limited Warranty will be voided if:
- The use of spacers or adapters to make a D'Vinci wheel fit.
- Wheels are used for racing applications.
- Wheels damaged by road hazards, accidents physical and chemical.
- Wheels not installed properly (wrong lug nuts, studs, valve stems, balancing weights and torque specs).
- Wheels altered (changing BCD, HUB and OFF SET).
D'Vinci Wheels recommends the following
- Aftermarket wheels installation may require some vehicle modifications.
- Wheels should be inspected for proper fit prior to mounting.
- Re-torque after 500 miles.
